Our corporate team have vast experience in corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, restructuring and investment rounds.  We work with a diverse range of clients from owner managed businesses to large corporates.  We also draft bespoke and complex commercial agreements and work very closely with our property team on SPV transactions.
