With nearly a decade of experience in property and private client work, Wenxi advises high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, corporate investors, and lenders on complex residential and commercial transactions.
She moved to the UK from China in 2005 to pursue postgraduate legal studies, later spending time in South Korea and the United States before returning in 2015. After qualifying as a solicitor, Wenxi built her practice at London firms, advising clients on high-value property and trust matters. She joined Jury O’Shea LLP as a Partner in 2025, having most recently led the Asia-Pacific desk at a leading London practice, where she advised international clients on prime London property sales and acquisitions.
Her expertise spans prime real estate property transactions, refinancing, and cross-border succession planning. She also works closely with trust practitioners on property acquisitions structured through trusts and SPVs, with particular focus on declarations of trust, beneficial ownership, and SDLT compliance.
Recognised for her clear, practical, and proactive approach, Wenxi guides clients through every stage of their transactions and is valued for her ability to resolve complex issues, bridge cultural and legal differences, and build long-term trusted relationships with international clients.
A native Mandarin speaker, Wenxi is also fluent in Korean and conversational in Cantonese. Her multicultural background and language skills enable her to manage diverse client bases and provide bespoke advice tailored to families and corporate clients alike.
