Thinzar has extensive experience in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law including Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court claims. She regularly advises on complex employee relations disputes, provides day to day HR advice and support and assists in drafting bespoke employment documentation. She has particular expertise in discrimination law and unfair dismissal cases. Thinzar conducts her own advocacy in the Employment Tribunal.
In addition, Thinzar regularly acts on civil litigation matters, advising on breach of contract claims and commercial disputes.
Thinzar qualified as a solicitor in 2006 having trained at Lewis Silkin LLP before moving onto work for Capsticks Solicitors LLP. Thinzar joined Jury O’Shea LLP as a Partner in January 2020.
