Tanika joined Jury O’Shea as an Associate in the Real Estate team in October 2023.
Tanika has a vast experience in dealing with different residential property matters, advising either companies, individuals, first time buyers or high net worth clients. She is able to advice on all freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, transfers of equity, re-finances or new build purchases. Tanika’s main focus is to always provide her clients with excellent customer service, ensuring that her clients are able to always reach her and are updated throughout the course of their transactions. Tanika also has a great relationship with many Estate Agents throughout London and the surrounding boroughs.
Outside Interests:
Outside the office, Tanika enjoys attending various fitness classes and baking.
