Simon originally qualified as a barrister, and subsequently joined the commercial litigation department of Lewis Silkin where he was admitted as a solicitor in 2003. Simon worked in a boutique litigation firm for 15 years before joining Jury O’Shea as a partner on 1 July 2026.
Simon acts in all areas of commercial dispute resolution. His practice has a particular emphasis upon professional negligence, especially of solicitors in respect of corporate and property transactional work, disputes arising out of commercial fraud, insolvency disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and contentious property matters.
Simon has led teams of lawyers, including Counsel, junior associates and paralegals, on substantial matters, including multi-million pound trials in the High Court.
