Nicole is a Trainee Legal Executive currently undertaking the CILEX CPQ qualification. She has over 10 years’ experience in property law, having previously specialised in residential conveyancing before transitioning into commercial property in October 2024.
Nicole works closely with Partner Nazish Ahmad on a wide range of commercial property matters, gaining exposure across acquisitions, disposals and landlord and tenant transactions. Having worked alongside Nazish and Lauren Fitzgerald for eight years, she is an integral member of the team and is recognised for her organised, approachable, and proactive manner in helping transactions progress smoothly for both private and corporate clients.
Through ongoing study and practical experience, Nicole is continuing to strengthen her knowledge and expertise within commercial property, demonstrating a clear commitment to her professional development.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with friends and family, long walks and pursuing creative interests.
