Maria was admitted as a solicitor in 1986. She has over the years garnered a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate transactions both commercial and residential including lease extensions and enfranchisement with a particular emphasis on development.
Maria takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to any transactions she undertakes coupled with a meticulous attention to detail which has enabled her to retain clients from all walks of life, ranging from the UK to Europe, Middle East and Far East sometimes spanning more than one generation.
Maria speaks fluent Italian and in her free time enjoys theatre and opera, reading, cooking and gardening.
