Maran is a Senior Associate in the property team, advising various stakeholders in the industry on the acquisitions and disposals of high value commercial and investment properties, as well as real estate finance acting for lenders and borrowers in fast paced secured lending transactions, including bridging loans to support development proposals.
Maran has a varied background including time spent in the in-house legal department of a well known property investment company with assets spread UK wide, aswell as top tier private practice experience, with a primary focus on commercial property within the retail sector, asset management, shopping centre experience and advising clients generally on all legal aspects surrounding the day to day management of investment portfolios. In addition, Maran gained experience in the occupier sector, advising companies on their office relocations, re-gears and surrenders mostly within high value, well known landmark buildings within the London and the City.
