Louise studied for her Law Degree at the University of Essex whilst working full time and raising her young family. She graduated with First Class Honours and went on to complete her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, achieving a Commendation. Louise is currently working towards qualification as a Solicitor.
Louise works as a fee earner in the Commercial Property team at Jury O’Shea LLP and has experience in a wide range of property matters, acting for both private and commercial clients. She assists with and manages transactions from instruction through to completion, including drafting and negotiating documentation and liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other third parties.
Her experience includes commercial property transactions such as disposals, acquisitions, and the grant and renewal of commercial leases, acting for both landlords and tenants, as well as complex commercial refinances. She also has experience in residential sales and purchases, remortgages and lease extensions.
Louise prides herself on providing clear, practical and professional advice, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout their matter and that transactions progress efficiently and smoothly.
Louise is based in Australia and therefore provides additional availability across extended working hours to support clients in different time zones.
Outside of work, Louise enjoys swimming, travelling and spending time with her young family.
