By way of example, some notable cases include:
- Acting for a claimant in his claim for unlawful means conspiracy and unfair prejudice (section 944 CA 2006). Summary judgment obtained confirming that the claimant’s removal as a director was unlawful and in separate proceedings, summary judgment confirmed the claimant had been the subject of fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Acting for an individual landowner in his claim for damages against his neighbour for obstruction; interim injunction granted in favour of the claimant for the removal of the obstruction and a final injunction order granted against the defendant preventing any future interference of the claimant’s right of way and an award for damages payable to the claimant.
- Acting for individual claimant within Trust of Land and Trustees Act (TOLATA) proceedings for the recovery of money from the net sale proceeds of property owned by the defendant.
