Khai Ying Lim

Khai Ying graduated from the University of Leeds and has successfully completed both SQE1 and SQE2. Since February 2024, she has been working in the Residential Conveyancing and Refinancing department, acting on behalf of both individual and corporate sellers and buyers. She has experience handling a wide range of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, assignments, and remortgages. Khai Ying regularly works with both standard and specialist lenders, representing borrowers and lenders throughout the conveyancing process.
