John is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Real Estate team. He has experience in both residential and commercial transactions including expertise in new build, leasehold, mortgages (including bridging loans), auctions and high value matters.
He has carried out work for a variety of clients including first time buyers, second home purchasers as well as for developers on both freehold and leasehold projects. He provides clear and concise advice to his clients throughout their transactions.
John joined Jury O’Shea LLP in January 2022 having acquired over 10 years’ experience at a regional firm covering all aspects of the conveyancing process.
John initially gained a degree in history at Sheffield University before converting to law. Outside of work, John enjoys travelling and watching sport when he can fit this round looking after his sausage dog.
