James qualified as a solicitor in 2004 having trained at Lewis Silkin LLP before moving to Herbert Smith LLP. James founded Jury O’Shea LLP in 2010.
James has a wide range of real estate experience with particular expertise in:
- all aspects of real estate development including residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes
- commercial landlord and tenant
- acting for corporate occupiers (retail, leisure and offices)
- dealing with all aspects of commercial real estate including real estate finance.
- corporate real estate.
James also deals with non-contentious employment matters and corporate work.
James is a keen runner having completed two London marathons.
