Gemma has been practicing Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation for 15 years and qualified as a solicitor in 2015.
Gemma acts for individuals and business in a variety of disputes including: professional negligence; breach of contract; defamation; IP disputes; residential and commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes including commercial lease renewals and residential tenancy disputes; property ownership disputes; mortgage repossession claims; building disputes; and debt recovery work.
Gemma’s thorough approach combined with her extensive knowledge often results in early settlements for her clients. Gemma prides herself on understanding her clients and the unique circumstances of their disputes, providing them with practical advice and support throughout the litigation process. Gemma regularly acts in high value and complex litigation as well as lower value debt recovery claims.
Gemma represents clients in alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration as well as in the courts, property tribunal and IPO.
Outside of work Gemma enjoys spending time with her family, running, reading and travelling.
