I have been in the business of Conveyancing for 13 years now. I specialise in all matters residential property for my sins. I am a specific case of starting from the ground up going from being the person that made the coffee for the person that made the tea to where I currently find myself.
My initial work in post completion, gave me scope to understand the nuanced complexities in Conveyancing and in particular where most have gone awry or items have forgotten during the course of a transaction. Since then I have started remortgage departments within two firms and been Head of Conveyancing at another.
