Elizabeth is a Senior Consultant Solicitor with over a decade of experience in commercial property and land development transactions. She was admitted to the roll as a Solicitor in March 2015. Elizabeth supports clients with a range of services including acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing and portfolio management. Elizabeth also deals with agricultural land and enjoys rectifying title issues. Elizabeth has a particular interest in land development and particularly enjoys working on option agreements, conditional contracts and overage agreements.
Elizabeth has experience working with a range of clients including SMEs, national housebuilders, local authorities, SIPPs, private and commercial landowners and private and commercial landlords and tenants.
Elizabeth takes a client-centric approach to her work, and prides herself on fully understanding her client’s requirements and their business. Elizabeth provides clear, practical and commercial advice for her clients in a timely and transparent manner.
