Cynthia joined the firm’s Real Estate Department as a solicitor in October 2023. She assists with all aspects of a conveyancing transaction including sales, purchases and refinances, corporate borrowing with bridging lenders and corporate borrowing for new developments and development unit sales.
She is a qualified attorney-at law-in Sri Lanka and has completed her conversion course, administered by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). Cynthia qualified as a solicitor in 2022.
Outside of work Cynthia has a keen interest in baking and loves to read in her spare time.
