Christina qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is the most comprehensive qualification in the trusts and estates field. Christina deals predominantly in Probate, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning and Wills, but also has experience in dealing with Assessments for Residents in respect of Care Fees, having begun her legal training some 10 years ago at the Local Authority.
Christina has an unrivalled ability to explain complex matters in a way which her clients can understand and aims to modernise a largely ‘old’ area of law. Christina has advised on a panel of experts for BBC4 Money Box and regularly presents at seminars to Financial Advisors in the South with over 100 attendees.
In her spare time, Christina enjoys family days out with her daughter, and training in taekwon-do. Otherwise, you’ll find Christina, where time allows, either in the sea, or in the Alps.
