Arwel trained with Eversheds in Cardiff where he worked until 2001 when he joined Bond Dickinson LLP. Arwel deals with all aspects of commercial and residential property from leasehold property management to large freehold sales and purchases. He has wide experience acting for tenants on conditional agreements for lease where completion is conditional on planning and construction or refurbishment of a property. Arwel also has many years of experience acting on secured lending transactions.
Arwel is a Trustee and Board Member of Theatr Genedlathol Cymru Cyf and Company Secretary at Southville Deli Limited. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and walking his energetic sproodles!
