Andrew has over 30 years experience gained working in banks and commerce and industry and is specialist corporate and banking/finance/project financelawyer. He is an English solicitor and qualified in 1988.
Most of his career has been working on international transactions particularly in Africa and the Far East many of which involved working with multilateral and bilateral development finance institutions such as the World Bank, African Development Bank and the bilateral European DFI’s such as FMO and Proparco. He has also lived in the UAE where he worked with a leading law firm.
In addition to his legal work, he also manages a corporate finance advisory boutique structuring and raising finance for infrastructure projects and also a specialist hedge fund providing equity investments for infrastructure projects in challenging places.
Outside interests include tennis and sailing.
