Adam is a Senior Associate Solicitor in Jury O’Shea’s Private Wealth team. He advises individuals, families and business owners on preserving and protecting wealth. His experience includes; estate planning, trusts, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
Prior to joining Jury O’Shea, Adam gained experience at several Legal 500 firms across London and Essex, advising on a broad range of private client matters. He has acted in the administration of both straightforward and high-value, complex estates involving business interests, international assets, trusts and inheritance tax planning. He also prepares bespoke Wills (including Life Interest Trust and Discretionary Wills) as well as advising on succession planning for individuals and families.
He also has extensive experience advising attorneys, deputies and families in relation to Court of Protection matters concerning the property and financial affairs of vulnerable individuals.
Adam enjoys taking the time to understand each client’s wider personal, family and financial circumstances, working closely with financial advisers, accountants and tax specialists to deliver practical, holistic advice. He is committed to building long-term relationships with clients, providing clear and pragmatic guidance, and helping them plan confidently for the future. Similarly, he regularly attends networking events and firmly believes that the best opportunities can often begin with a good conversation over a coffee.
Outside of work can usually be found in the gym, exploring new restaurants or exploring hidden gems that London has to offer.
