Jasper is a Real Estate Partner and is experienced in dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions, as well as corporate transactions with a real estate element. Prior to joining Jury O’Shea in 2026, he practised for a number of years in the Hong Kong office of one of the leading international law firms focusing on private capital. Jasper has also previously worked in the London office of an Am Law 100 ranked US firm and other ranked practices in London.

Jasper is experienced in dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential property transactions, and corporate transactions with a real estate element including acquisitions, disposals, real estate finance (both conventional and Islamic finance), asset management, as well as non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. He acts for a wide range of international and UK-based clients including ultra-high net worth individuals, corporations, start-up funds, banks, private credit lenders, developers and offshore companies.
Jasper is a dual qualified solicitor admitted to practise in England & Wales and Hong Kong and frequently works on cross border transactions involving both jurisdictions. In addition to supporting his clients’ legal needs across both jurisdictions, he often assists his international clients with their outbound investments into the UK.

· Acting for a private credit fund in respect of a £15 million loan facility secured over a portfolio of UK residential properties.
· Advising a private bank on taking cross border collateral in relation to the Hong Kong element of a £3.2 million UK facility to a corporate borrower refinancing their property portfolio.
· Advising on the sale of the business of a UK restaurant and the subsequent lease back of the premises to the purchaser.
· Acting for a Hong Kong Occupational Retirement Scheme in the acquisition and financing of their portfolio of UK properties.
· Advising the guarantors of various development finance facilities ranging from £5 million to £22 million.
· Advising a HK corporate entity on the sale of their UK real estate holdings by way of share sale.
· Advising on the restructuring of a group of property holding companies and the transfer of ownership by way of share swap.
· Acting for a start-up Hong Kong Limited Partnership Fund on their outbound investments into various development projects and acquisitions of distressed assets.
· Acting for a private investor in the acquisition by way of share sale of a Grade II Listed Property in Prime Central London and subsequent consent from the Crown Estates for major refurbishment works.
· Acting for private investors to de-enveloping their portfolios.
· Acting for owners of a block of 28 flats in Prime Central London seeking to claim the management rights of their block.
· Acting for landowners in the negotiation of granting options over the land to developers subject to planning consent.
