Charlotte specialises in non-contentious commercial real estate matters. Prior to joining Jury O’Shea LLP, she worked in leading regional firms operating out of Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
With experience across a broad range of transactions, Charlotte’s clients range from lenders (both high street and specialist lenders including peer-to-peer), landlords, tenants, investors, developers and businesses simply looking to buy or sell premises, which may involve mixed-use. She has good knowledge of charity and pension fund requirements as well as complex contracts involving options, pre-emptions or planning provisions.
