Annest is an experienced solicitor specialising in litigation and conveyancing. She is a native Welsh-speaker.
During her years of practice, Annest has managed a wide range of matters on behalf of both commercial and private clients. Her main practice is in chancery litigation, particularly property disputes and contentious probate matters.
As a CQS accredited conveyancer, Annest can undertake conveyancing work required to finalise property and probate disputes after conclusion of proceedings, such as drafting and registering transfers, assents or other deeds to give effect to a settlement agreement.

Annest was brought up on her family’s rural hill farm in North Wales. She went on to manage the farm for several years. She has close ties with the agricultural community and understands the farming way of life and the dynamics of running multi-generational family businesses.
