Bruce Jury
Partner

Bruce trained and practised at Taylor Wessing LLP before moving to Herbert Smith LLP. Bruce has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate law, in particular, landlord and tenant, investment, development and real estate finance.

While not tending to the needs of clients Bruce enjoys cycling, rock climbing
and sailing.

James O’Shea
Partner

James trained at Lewis Silkin before practising at Herbert Smith LLP and has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law with particular specialisms in landlord and tenant, infrastructure, investment and real estate finance.

When time allows, James enjoys watching almost any sporting event and is a keen race-goer. James enjoys running and has completed two London Marathons in support of charitable organisations.

John Archer
Consultant

John specialises in real estate finance, general company finance and secondary market asset sales. He has wide experience of domestic and international syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, starting his career at Taylor Wessing LLP and then working at Herbert Smith LLP. He advises on the funding of investment and development properties, general corporate borrowing, financial asset sales and the trading of bank debt in the secondary market.

John’s interests are triathlon, photography, food and wine and languages
(being fluent in French and German).

Oliver Harman
Consultant

Oliver practised at private client firm Speechly Bircham LLP in the City for over 4 years. Oliver has in depth experience of all areas of real estate law, especially landlord and tenant, development, investment and private client work.

In his spare time when not spending time with his young family, Oliver is a keen cyclist and sports fan especially in relation to rugby and cricket.
